Tigg's Canteen Services is currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook to join our team at the Genesee County Jail in Flint, Michigan. As a Lead Cook, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the kitchen. You will assist with leading and instructing kitchen staff while helping ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and recipes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and is comfortable working within a structured correctional facility.
