We are looking for an experienced Evening Line Cook in the kitchen who has experience in writing prep lists, leading the kitchen, making foods from scratch, calling and organizing food tickets/orders, knife skills, organizing the kitchen, fast paced cooking, putting away and organizing food/dry storage deliveries and sautéing/grilling/frying foods to order.
