Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant and banquet setting. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality.Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standard, adhering to the restaurant's culinary vision and menu guidelines.
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are visually appealing and meet the expectations of our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
- Work closely with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new recipes and dishes.
- Participate in food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills, with prior kitchen, cooking and safe food handling experience
- Proficiency in food preparation, including meal planning and menu planning.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with dietary department and accommodating special dietary needs.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$16.00- $18.
