Job Duties:

Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards Set up hydration and hospitality carts Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals

Qualifications:
