- Build relationships and make a lasting difference in the lives of residents Essential Responsibilities Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes, production sheets, and resident dietary needs.
Accurately portion, plate, and serve food while maintaining presentation and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, dining, and food preparation areas. Follow all food safety, infection prevention, and regulatory guidelines, including documenting food temperatures. Open and close kitchen areas, including food storage, labeling, dating, and securing supplies. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and resident satisfaction. Support supervisors, assist with team training, and promote a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents, families, visitors, and team members. Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and mission-centered expectations.
