Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every meal meets our standards of excellence.

Duties :

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, ovens, and fryers. Provide support during catering events, ensuring timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements :

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Basic knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for long stretches.
