  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and general preparation for the day. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety. Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
