Job Description
Restaurant Team Member Kimchi Box is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Team Members to join our restaurant team. This is a hands-on position where you will work both front of house and back of house , helping wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service. Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system. Answer questions about menu items and assist customers with their orders. Prepare, assemble, and package food according to Kimchi Box standards. Assist with food preparation and other back-of-house kitchen tasks. Keep workstations, kitchen areas, counters, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized. Restock ingredients, drinks, condiments, utensils, and other supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness procedures. Work as a team and assist coworkers during busy periods. Help with opening and closing duties as assigned. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Perform other duties as needed to support the restaurant team. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer-service skills. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Willing to work both front counter and back kitchen . Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required .
