Join the Engine House team as a Line Cook! We're a vibrant firefighter-themed bar & grill looking for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you've got solid technique across saut , grill, fryer, and pizza stations, we want to hear from you.

About Engine House:

Engine House is Mt Clemens' go-to spot for upbeat dining and drinks. We serve up quality pizza, classic pub grub, and ice-cold draft beer in a lively atmosphere that keeps sports fans coming back. Our kitchen is the heart of the operation, and we're proud of the food we put out.

What You'll Do:

Execute orders efficiently across multiple cooking stations (saut , grill, fryer, and pizza)Maintain high food quality and presentation standards during busy serviceWork collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staffKeep your station organized, clean, and properly stockedFollow food safety protocols and health standards consistently
