Job Description
Position Summary The cook is responsible for overseeing the kitchen while preparing all recipes to the highest standards in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, to order, all food items following standard recipes and procedures Grill, deep fry, and microwave raw and prepped foods Stock/restock items on line according to specifications Maintain cooking line and kitchen in a clean, sanitary and safe manner Other duties as directed Essential Physical Requirements Walks and stands during entire shift Lifts and carries tubs and cases weighing up to 75 lbs. Reads orders on tickets.
