Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience for our guests, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy service hours Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure smooth service flow Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients in advance for upcoming shifts or special events Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments Experience in catering or large-scale meal preparation is beneficial Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment Culinary experience that showcases proficiency in food industry best practices and recipe adherence Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will grow, your creativity will flourish, and your contributions will be truly valued. Pay:
$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
