- Part-time, Full-time The South Haven Elks is a private club that has a full kitchen to serve its members and their guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established standards Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas Follow all food safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Assist in dishwasher role as needed Support special event food preparation as needed Other tasks may be assignedQualifications:
Previous cooking or kitchen experience required Ability to work scheduled evening shifts (Tuesday- Saturday) Strong work ethic and reliability Knowledge of proper food handling procedures Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
