Join a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment where your expertise makes a real impact every night. We're looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Injection Molding Technician who thrives on keeping machines running, processes improving, and production winning. If you enjoy troubleshooting, dialing in processes, and being a key player on the floor—this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Take charge of setting up, operating, and optimizing automated injection molding machines Install, adjust, and fine-tune molds and equipment to keep production running at peak performance Monitor processes and actively drive improvements in quality and efficiency Serve as the go-to technical resource for the molding team each shift Jump in to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition Partner with the production team to hit (and exceed) daily goals Help grow the team—mentor packers and support their development into technicians Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement every step of the way
