English Full Job Description About Us:

We are a fast-casual Mexican restaurant focused on great food, quick service, and a welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member to serve our community with great hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Operate the cash register and ring up customer orders accurately (experience with Toast POS is a plus). Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining, prep, and kitchen areas. Assist with closing duties such as cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and securing the restaurant. Communicate with customers and team members in both Spanish and English, providing excellent service and answering questions.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required - customer-facing role. Previous experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) preferred. Experience with Toast POS system is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
