Job Description

Tony's Tacos is a food stand widely known for their authentic Mexican cuisine. Tony is looking for a
Prep Cook:
restaurant and/or kitchen knowledge would be helpful. Pay is depending on experience.
Job duties include:
Stocking ingredients with labels on accessible shelves. Chopping fresh ingredients like vegetables and meats. Pre-measuring quanties of cooking ingredients. Wash cooking utensils and cookware; taking out the trash; and sanitizing the prep area. Following all regulations and standards. Monitoring ingredient inventory and collaborating with the cook or owner to order and re-supply. Hiring for both Standish and Tawas locations.
