Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy periods Follow recipes accurately, utilizing knife skills and cooking techniques to produce excellent results Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Familiarity with food industry standards related to food handling, serving, and sanitation Prior restaurant experience demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude Join us this summer to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
