Full Job Description Part-Time BOH Team Member Location:

Swartz Creek / Flint area

Schedule:

Part-time, up to 10-15 hours per week, 2-3 days per week max

Pay:

Starting at $13.50 per hour, based on experience We're a locally owned restaurant looking for one or two dependable people to join our team. This is an all-around BOH role covering prep, line cooking, and dishwashing. What you'll do: Prep food daily following recipes and prep lists Cook on the line during service, following recipes and plating standards Wash dishes and keep the BOH clean and organized Label, date, and store food properly Help put away deliveries What we're looking for: Previous BOH experience (prep, line, or dish) Reliable, on time, and able to follow direction Able to work quickly and keep your station clean Comfortable moving between stations as needed Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Available between 9am and 10pm on the days scheduled Food safety certification preferred, but not required Why work with us: Small team, no corporate runaround Consistent, predictable part-time hours Hands-on experience across every BOH station If you're interested, send us your resume or a short message listing your BOH experience and which days you're available.
