Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support culinary innovation Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal delivery Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety protocols Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality control Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly preferred Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, slicing techniques, and recipe adherence Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment and managing food safety standards in production environments Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams Experience in meal preparation, menu planning, and food industry best practices is advantageous Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper food handling procedures throughout shifts Join us today and bring your culinary talents to life!
