Job Description
redBERRY is looking for a line/prep cook! Join the team and help one of the areas hottest Troy restaurants execute their mission of preparing and presenting breakfast and lunch classics better than any other!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparing remarkably appetizing and tasting meals.
- Weighing, measuring, mixing and prepping ingredients according to our one-of-a-kind recipes.
- Steaming, grilling, boiling, baking and frying like a boss!
- Checking all food and ingredients for freshness.
- Arranging and garnishing dishes that are pleasing to the eye.
- Ensuring that the kitchen area, as well as equipment and utensils are clean and organized.
- Assisting teammates with washing dishes and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
