Job Summary The Prep Cook TEAM Member supports the delivery of the Olga's Fresh experience by preparing quality food with care and attention to detail. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment while supporting the TEAM in creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience. Responsibilities Complete prep tasks accurately and efficiently following recipes and par levels Prepare menu items to Olga's Fresh standards and guest specifications Maintain food safety, sanitation, and overall back-of-the-house cleanliness Wash dishes, clean equipment, remove trash, and complete cleaning tasks Stock and rotate product in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas Put away deliveries and maintain organized storage areas Use proper portioning tools and follow quality standards Support TEAM Members and maintain a positive, professional attitude Deliver a clean, safe, and guest focused experience throughout the shift Experience Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or the food industry is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to understand oral and/or written instruction Ability to learn quickly Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with
