We're a small restaurant group based in the Metro area and we're looking to grow. We focus on traditional thin crust pizza with a twist. We want to help everyone live an affordable gourmet lifestyle. What does that mean? It means enjoying real food without breaking the bank. Responsibilities Keeping station cleaned, stocked, and organized Following duties given by management Sense of urgency Ensuring fresh product being served at all times, by properly rotating Able to consistently prepare food up to company standard Weight, measure, and portion following company recipes Inspect and clean kitchen ensuring we are following sanitary food handling practices Requirements Reliable transportation Able to stand on feet for more than 8 hours Able to scoop, lift, and bend 1-2 years of prep cook experience Solid work history Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays off
