Lead Cook

We are looking for a day cook the shifts start at 8am-5pm possibly Monday-Wednesday.. At Kennedy's Irish Pub we have been a staple in Waterford for 50 years (same owners) It has always been our philosophy to create a fun working environment, with a team effort atmosphere. Being in business for 50 years we have multiple employees who have been with us for 20+ 30+ years. Our mission has always been putting our employees first because they are our business. Be able to work with 1 food prep (smaller kitchen) Setup workstations/prep Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes properly Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in kitchen Maintain & Monitor stock Ensure proper storage of food per health department standards
