Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes that delight our guests. Duties Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely food production Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all dishes Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed Contribute to menu planning by suggesting new ideas or modifications based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant operations within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with catering or large-scale food service is a plus Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in professional culinary settings Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Join us and be part of a vibrant culinary environment where your skills make a difference!
