Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Work various stations on the line and keep up with orders during busy service periods Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and timing Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience required Knowledge of proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices ServSafe Certification is a plus Reliable and dependable attendance is required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
