• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are consistently flavorful and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Support catering operations by preparing food for off-site events, ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
