Pay:
$19.00 per hour As a Kitchen Cook, you'll help prepare and present quality meals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. You'll work closely with the culinary TEAM to ensure our guests receive consistent, delicious food and excellent service. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Hilton brand, hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen is preferred, but we're willing to train the right food-service professional. Strong culinary skills and a passion for preparing quality food. Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency and culinary excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively as part of a TEAM. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
