This role involves preparing high-volume breakfast items, particularly during weekend brunch shifts. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast dishes such as waffles, eggs, bacon, and other brunch favorites in high volume during weekend shifts. Ensure all food is prepared according to quality standards and safety guidelines. Assist with food prep tasks to support the kitchen team, including chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations before, during, and after service. Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency in every dish served. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy weekend brunch hours on Saturdays and Sundays mornings/afternoons. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
