Location:
219 Bush Street, Red Wing, MN 55066La Dolce Vita is a cafe and contemporary art gallery on Bush Street in historic downtown Red Wing, serving brunch and dinner. We are hiring one or two part-time cooks to work our lunch service, dinner service, or both.
The Role:
Lunch shift, dinner shift, or both. 2 or 4 hours per day, 6 days per weekPrepare and plate menu items to spec, consistently and on timeMaintain a clean kitchen and follow food safety standardsStay organized and monitor inventoryPrior commercial kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or institutional setting (not home cooking)Ability to hold quality and pace; dependable and on timeCompensation is negotiable, based on experience.
