Job Description :
Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Day Cook prepares the breakfast and noon meals for residents as assigned by the Dietary Manager/Dietitian. The Evening Cook prepares the evening meal for residents as assigned by the Dietary Manager/Dietitian. Supervises the evening dietary aides to ensure safety and sanitation for food storage, handling, and cooking. The Dietary Day Aide offers assistance to the day cook in the preparation and service of all meals for the residents, guests, and employees. Skills:
Required Must be responsible and dependable. Must have a sincere desire to care for geriatric residents. Must be able to follow facility policies and procedures and instructions. Must be able to follow safety and sanitation requirements for food storage, handling, and cooking.
Preferred Skills:
previous nursing home dietary experience
Full-time or Part-time Job Hours:
Day Cook 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Evening Cook 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Day Aide 6:15 am to 2:45 pm Must work every other weekend/holiday
Pay:
From $19.09 per hour
