! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled grill cook to join our team. As a grill cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cleanliness, and ensuring the highest quality of plate presentation. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! We are also open later nights for the night owls! Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes Knowledge in morning prep and setting up a line. Ability to check in, organize, and put away truck orders. Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen (FIFO) Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Requirements Must be able to work later nights, and Sundays Previous experience in food service and cooking high volume flat top grill Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knife skills for food preparation Ability to stand for extended periods of time If you are passionate about food, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of lead cook.
