Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy hours Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, griddles, and fryers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards in production and handling Support the line with prepping, cooking, and communicating with the team to get orders out quickly and accurately.
