The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality. This position requires a commitment to food safety and excellent customer service, ensuring that every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail. Weekend availability is required. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Experience with a focus on pizza making, including knowledge of dough preparation and toppings. Experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant settings, is highly desirable. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is required. Previous pizza making experience or serving skills will be beneficial in this role.
