Responsibilities:

Food preparation for patients according to set menu, standardizedrecipes, patient's medical diet order, and CMS standards.

Food preparation for the Cafbased on supervisor approved menu, direction, and recipes.

Complete all logs as assigned by supervisor.

Complete daily and periodic cleaning assignments.

Maintain a clean and organized environment. Follow State and County sanitation regulations.

Job assignments might includedishes, restocking/organizing, cleaning oven, cleaning fryer, cleaning reach-in/walk-incoolers/freezers, deep cleaning floors or equipment, disposing of grease or trash, or other activities assigned by supervisor according to business need.

Perform tasks using appropriate safety equipment and follow all safety standards.

Report all issues found that relate to patient care, safety, and sanitation to appropriate authority and direct supervisor.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Previous nutrition services experience preferred.

Current Clay County food handler's permit or Serve Safe required within 30 days of hire.
