Dietary Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences Assist with food preparation, including food storage, labeling, and rotation Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with tray delivery and collection, as well as resident meal service Monitor and maintain accurate records of food service, including inventory and menu planning Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and support Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in food service or a related field (training will be provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) Reliable transportation to and from work
