Thousand Hills State Park features a variety of recreational opportunities such as swimming, fishing, boating and water skiing. Thousand Hills Hospitality will offer a retail gift shop, full-service restaurant, cabin style lodging as well as boat and slip rentals. Position Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils Execute opening and closing procedures Complete all required food and safety logs

Position Requirements:

Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment Strong communication skills Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
