About us Olde Town South is a casual dining restaurant nestled in the heart of Missouri. We pride ourselves on offering a dining experience that is both elevated and approachable, where everyone feels welcome to pull up a chair, raise a glass, and enjoy great food and drinks. ## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, have a keen eye for detail, and work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. ## Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet set standards
- Monitor food stock levels and alert Management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures ## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety principles and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience Smoking BBQ a plus ## Perks
