Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently and accurately. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their visit. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances the customer experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Bartending experience a plus but not required for the position. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is beneficial. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Experience with the Toast POS system is advantageous but not mandatory. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all aspects of the job.
