Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codesRequirements:
Previous work experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment! Strong culinary skills and a passion for food Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire .Source:
