This is the job for you ! We are looking for a line cook to lead and oversee our daily back of house restaurant operations. Must be a multi tasker and have speed. The responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintain complying with safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators) Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area Skills Proven work experience as a line cook. Hands-on experience with ordering ingredients Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and creative with food specials Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi task Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
