As a Line Cook, you'll be part of the crew that keeps service moving, puts out food our guests love, and makes every shift count. We're looking for energetic, dependable people who want to work hard, have fun, and grow with a team that has been serving St. Louis for generations. What You'll Do Prepare and cook Syberg's menu items with consistency, speed, and pride. Set up, stock, and maintain your station so the kitchen is ready for a successful shift. Work as part of a team to keep food moving and service running smoothly. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, cooking, cooling, reheating, and holding temperatures. Monitor equipment, product, and line temperatures throughout your shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift. Properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Help restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Help control waste and use ingredients responsibly. Communicate with management when ticket times or kitchen standards are not being met. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Arrive ready to work in a clean, neat uniform with proper personal hygiene and grooming. What We're Looking For A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
