Full-Time or Part-Time About Us Clementine's Maison is an approachable fine dining restaurant in Osage Beach, featuring wood-fired prime steaks, fresh seafood, house-made pasta, and French, Italian, and American-inspired cuisine. We are passionate about quality ingredients, attention to detail, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail Work efficiently on a designated station during dinner service Assist with daily prep, organization, and stocking Follow recipes and plating standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service Help receive, rotate, and properly store deliveries Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times What We're Looking For Previous line cook experience preferred (fine dining experience is a plus) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
