Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas by adhering to sanitation protocols. Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prevent contamination. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and address any operational needs. Assist with catering events or special meal services as needed to support overall food service operations. Requirements Previous experience Strong understanding of safety standards in food production and handling practices. Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques for various ingredients. Experience with food safety management systems and adherence to recipe guidelines. Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with kitchen staff and serving teams.
