The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with front of house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
