We're a busy Webster Groves restaurant and brewery serving thoughtfully prepared, seasonal food in a kitchen where cooks are expected to care about what they put on the plate, work well with others, and keep their station sharp. If you're looking for a kitchen where you can cook real food, work with experienced chefs, and build your skills, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Work a station during lunch and/or dinner service Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently Complete daily prep and station setup Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Communicate with chefs and teammates throughout service Jump in where needed to help the kitchen run smoothly What We're Looking For Previous professional kitchen experience required Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant Dependable and ready to work your scheduled shifts Strong sense of urgency during service Able to take direction and work as part of a team Interested in learning and becoming a stronger cook Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
