Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
• Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
• Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection, with the right balance of toppings and flavors
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation is a plus
• Familiarity with bussing, cash handling, and basic math skills is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills

Skills:

• Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including slicing, dicing, and chopping ingredients
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
• Familiarity with cash register operations for processing customer orders and payments
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
