Candidates should be able to complete assigned prep accurately and efficiently, maintain a clean station, and contribute equally to shared opening and closing duties. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards. Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations. Maintain safe food temperatures and properly cool, cover, label, date, rotate, and store all products. Keep workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Complete assigned prep and closing tasks accurately, efficiently, and according to Louise's recipes and portion standards. Help manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency. Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that promotes safety and productivity.
