Compensation:
$12 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, fostering a positive environment for all. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, providing personalized service that enhances their breakfast experience. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the general manager to ensure seamless operations and minimal waste. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment for both staff and guests. Assist in menu planning by providing input on new breakfast offerings, helping us continually delight our guests with fresh options. Train and mentor new kitchen staff, sharing your expertise to build a cohesive and skilled team dedicated to excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience in preparing and cooking breakfast items with a focus on quality and presentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Proven track record of engaging with guests to provide personalized service that enhances their dining experience. Strong understanding of inventory management to ensure seamless operations and minimal waste. Commitment to adhering to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe kitchen environment. Experience in menu planning and providing input on new breakfast offerings to delight guests. Ability to train and mentor new kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive and skilled team dedicated to excellence.
