+ Free Golf Overview Join our team as a Food Truck Cook/Employee at Greenside Grill, located at Cottonwood Hills Golf Course. You'll bring exceptional service to our mobile culinary experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help our customers with orders such as hog dogs, burgers, cheesesteaks, and sandwhiches in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll be integral in preparing delicious meals, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering memorable experiences to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, and other culinary tools Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment Assist in menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders Handle food with care, following proper food handling techniques to prevent cross-contamination Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is welcomed but not necessary. Willing to adhere to food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure Experience with food industry standards including food handling, meal preparation, and serving techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately A proactive attitude towards teamwork, cleanliness, and maintaining high-quality food standards Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
