Description Line Cook - Starting $20/hour At The Springs at Whitefish , our dining program is about more than preparing meals. It's about creating an experience our residents look forward to every day. We're looking for a Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, flavorful food and enjoys making a difference through exceptional service. If you enjoy scratch cooking, working with a supportive team, and building relationships with the people you serve, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for our residents using scratch cooking techniques whenever possible. Cook a variety of menu items including sauté, grill, pantry, and prep. Follow recipes while maintaining consistency, food quality, and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience. Help create an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed and cared for. We're Looking For Someone Who Has at least one year of cooking experience (scratch cooking preferred). Has experience with sauté, grill, pantry, and prep stations. Takes pride in preparing flavorful, quality food. Communicates well with coworkers, residents, and vendors. Is dependable, positive, and accountable. Enjoys working as part of a team. Has a genuine appreciation for seniors and providing excellent customer service. Senior living experience is a plus but not required. Schedule Weekend and holiday availability is required.
