Mambo Mountain Italian is looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Whitefish, MT, for our busy spring and summer season. We are seeking cooks who already understand the pace and discipline of a professional kitchen and want to be part of a team that values consistency, teamwork, and great food. At Mambo, our kitchen team is cross-trained across all stations , allowing the right candidate to build skills and grow beyond a single role. Pay Starting at $16-20+/hour depending on experience Highly experienced candidates with strong sauté or high-volume line experience may qualify for higher starting pay. What we're looking for: Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience Strong sense of urgency Ability to work clean and organized Reliable attendance Team-focused attitude Ability to work multiple stations Food safety knowledge Desire to continue improving

Responsibilities:
